Hi I my name is Jermaine I am a experienced self taught chef who specialises in authentic Caribbean cuisine. With a passion for flavourful dishes, I've drawn inspiration from my father and grandmother who were both experienced chefs in Jamaica. Having never worked in a restaurant, my culinary skills are all self-taught, perfected through homegrown recipes and techniques. My unique cooking style showcases the true flavours of Jamaican food, creating memorable experiences for my clients.
From cooking for celebrities like Raheim Sterling, Boy George, Ashley Thompson and Stacey Solomon bringing the taste of Jamaica to any event, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. My favourite dish to cook is Brown Stew Chicken, a crowd-pleaser that embodies the richness and depth of Jamaican flavours. This dish is a simply dish to cook but one wrong ingredients can ruin the whole dish.

Once a job and destination has been confirmed I will discuss food ideas and any dietary requirements with you to create bespoke menus for your holiday or event.
With vast experience in discovering and sourcing the finest local and seasonal ingredients from markets and shops I am happy to go that ‘extra mile’ to find and gather incredible produce to cook with.
I love being part of a team and will work with your household staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. Using my creative flair I can also help set the scene for your feast.
Having cooked in a wide variety of places across the UK I am very relaxed and happy to adapt to your kitchen and the available equipment. I am also fully equipped to bring my own equipment on site.
