Jermaine has held a passion for cooking traditional Jamaican food with the inspiration of his late Father, Tony Byfield who owned a small fast paced take out shop in Jamaica. Overlooking this environment from young age Jermaine has always held the drive and passion he saw from his Father. Jermaine prides himself on preparing our menu’s the Jamaican way.
